To Apply:
Go to the Online and Academic Outreach Application.
Provide your personal information.
From the drop-down menu, select:
- Admit Term: Fall, Spring or Summer
- Desired Program: Non Credit, Non-Degree Undergraduate or Non-Degree Graduate.
- If you are unsure what program you should select, visit the Outreach Programs
- Provide answers to the education and eligibility questions
- Verify that the information is correct. "Submit"
To Claim your my UCCS student Portal Account:
Within 24-48 hours of submitting your Academic Outreach Application, you will receive automated e-mail that your UCCS student account is being created.
Within 12 hours, you can then proceed to accounts.uccs.edu to claim your account to access your student portal where you can register, pay your bill, and request unofficial transcripts.
- Keep this username and password for future access into your myUCCS Student Portal
- Be sure to fully answer the security questions and provide your cell phone number. This will allow you to reset your password without calling the IT Help Desk.

To Register for a class:
- Log into myUCCS Student Portal
- Click on "Records and Registration"
- Click on "Register for Classes"
- Pre-registration verifications: address(‘Home’ address marked as ‘Local’), phone numbers, emergency contact
- Tuition and Fee Agreement and Disclosure
- Search by Class Number, Enter 5-digit Class Number listed above. Click “Submit Class Number”
- Confirm the details of the course and click "Next"
- Check the box of the course you would like to enroll, under the "Select" column
- Click "Add Selected Classes"
- Confirm the course and click "Finish Enrolling"
To Drop or Withdraw from a class:
Using myUCCS Portal
- Log into myUCCS Student Portal.
- Open the Students tab at the top left.
- Go to Academic Resources section and click Register for Fall/Spring/Summer 20xx Classes.
- Expand Academics section by clicking the green arrow, then click Drop.
- You should see a listing of your Fall/Spring/Summer 20xx courses. Check Select box to the left of your course(s).
- Click on Drop button.

- Fill out and print Request Form.

To Pay my Bill:
- Log into myUCCS Student Portal
- Under Student Financials (Bursar), click on "View/Pay My Bill"
- On the "Student Financial Services" page, click "Make Payment"
- Enter the payment amount and payment method and click on "Continue"
- Provide payment information for the selected method and click "Continue"
- Confirm the payment information and click "Confirm"
- Payment is now complete. Please print and keep all receipts for you records
If a third-party sponsor is paying for you to attend a course you will need to submit a "Sponsor Billing Request" through your student portal. This request will generate an invoice for the Sponsor to pay.
A service fee on credit card/debit card transactions in the amount of 2.75% of the credit card/debit card payment will be charged on your student account. Visit Bursar Office for additional information.
No. UCCS Extended Studies courses are not eligible under University of Colorado APS 5024 Tuition Assistance Benefit. Per the administrative policy: "The benefit may not be applied to any course offered by an auxiliary-funded program, such as Continuing Education, Extended Studies, the Executive MBA program, the One Year MBA program or CU Boulder’s Part-Time, Evening MBA program".
To Order an Official Transcript:
- Visit UCCS Admissions and Records at www.uccs.edu/registrar/transcripts.html
- At the top of the page, click on Request a Transcript
- Click Log-in or Create new account
- Click Create Account and fill out the required fields and proceed to fill out the next 6 steps
- Click Submit and continue to fill out all information until your order is complete
You may view your unofficial UCCS Transcript by logging into your MyUCCS Portal.
